Hello, friend. My name is Ruby Toth. I am currently a student at Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa, California. I am a certified graphic designer who has returned to school to find a more defined niche, inspiration, and additional education to help me achieve my goal of earning an Associate of Science degree and eventually finding a job or transferring to a university here in the Inland Empire. Although I have difficulty finding my passion, I am often surrounded by skiing and snowboarding here in Big Bear, and I have even gained experience volunteering and working events for a nonprofit organization called Boarding 4 Breast Cancer (B4BC). B4BC is an educational nonprofit whose mission is to teach people about early detection and prevention of breast cancer and to raise funds to send young survivors on holistic wellness retreats. A lot of my inspiration comes from the communities I surround myself with, and even from my ethnic background, as I am a 2nd-generation Mexican American. I currently work as a barista and bartender at Bear Mountain Resort, where I interact with athletes locally and from around the world. My goal is to create and find opportunities within this community or among like-minded people.
